Marie19R
This has been an ongoing problem ever since I got the 4.0.5 version of Paint.NET. Very rarely the text tool will actually work, but more often then not it doesn't. I've checked to make sure I'm typing in the correct spot, that my color is set to black, I've tried closing and reopening the program, I've tried pretty much everything. When I choose the text option, click inside the document and try to type, it shows the blinking line moving as if I'm typing, but it shows no letters. It's just invisible. Is there a way to fix this? BoltBait
There are several reasons this could be happening. It is very common, by the way. - You have an active selection and you're trying to type outside of that selection. To correct, press Ctrl-D before clicking on the text tool. - The layer you're typing on is covered by another layer. To correct, be sure you're typing on the upper most layer. - The color you're typing is the same color as the layer you're typing on. To correct, change your primary color. - The color you're typing has the alpha turned all the way down. To correct, raise the alpha of the primary color. 1 Quote Click to play: Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and how about a Computer Dominos Game
