Eli Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 (edited) Yes, it is possible. Create a new layer above your picture and paint it black. Double click the black layer and change the opacity until you can see the object below. Use the select tool to remove the rectangle you wish to clearly show. Apply TR's EFX effect to soften the edges. (You can use Gaussian blur as well.) Click on that, then once the editing window appears, there should be a button that says "Use full editor" at the bottom of the editing window. Click that to go to the full editor where you can change your topic title.
