Importing text from Word

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if it's possible to copy and paste form Word and keep the formatting. I've tired using the text tool but the formatting is lost and I've tried direct pasting but it results in a huge size. Resizing the result leaves the print blurry.

I'm trying to add formatted text to an image size of 490 x 680.

Simple. Press the "print screen" button on your keyboard, then paste it into a new image in paint.net, select the part you want with the rectangle selection tool, and crop to selection (ctrl+shift+x). Then you can paste the text into your image however you like.

If you need to get rid of the white background, use the AlphaSpace or Grim Color Reaper plugin
