fauxpa
I used to be able to simply press the PrintScreen key, then paste in the image to Paint to make my own screen desktops. I had to reformat my hard drive, then reinstall Paint. I now am only getting a black screen after pasting. What am I missing?
jim100361
Did you update your drivers after reinstalling your OS?
fauxpa
I did for those I thought necessary, yes. If I just installed it, however would I not have the most recent driver installed with it? How would I go about this?
DrewDale
I do assume that your keyboard is still fully functional? my HP keyboard requires drivers installed after the OS, but that is because mine was originally intended for Vista and is now running Windows-
fauxpa
I apparently is a problem with the website/program from which I'm trying to copy an image. It seems to work elsewhere. Don't know what may have changed to not allow it to work now. I don't believe anything is wrong with my Paint program in any case. Thanx.
