Random ZigZag lines

Can anybody help me (noob) draw random zigzag lines with P.NET?

For an example please have a Iook at the attached screenshot from one of my favourite games (KingdomRush)...

It looks like a job for Jitter by Pyrochild.

As far as I can say Jitter interrupts / shifts the line.

I was looking for a tool that would allow me to draw a continous zigzag, maybe a pattern?
