Unable To Install PDN.

Okay so, I recently I reinstalled Vista onto my computer. I remember before this It had worked. But I've had it on here for so long I don't remember how I fixed it.

Heres the "PdnSetupShimm" File from my temp

It tells me I dont have Windows vista SP1 or newer. But I definatley do. Im at Windows Vista SP2.

Any help is greatley appreciated. Thanks for your time.

If it says you don't have Vista SP2 ... then maybe you don't, somehow. If you click on the start menu / windows button, and then right click on Computer, then Properties, what does it say?
