Yellow Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 Okay so, I recently I reinstalled Vista onto my computer. I remember before this It had worked. But I've had it on here for so long I don't remember how I fixed it. Heres the "PdnSetupShimm" File from my temp --- Paint.NET SetupShim starting, lpCmdLine='/suppressReboot', nCmdShow=10 CoInitialize(NULL) returned 0 pIAA = CoCreateInstance(CLSID_AutomaticUpdates) returned 0 pIAA->Pause() returned 0 Checking OS requirement bIsWin7 = false bIsVistaSP1 = false bIsVista = true bIs2003SP2 = true bIs2003 = true bIsXPSP3 = true bIsXP = true bResult = false bIs64BitOS = false Launching URL for SP download page: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=f559842a-9c9b-4579-b64a-09146a0ba746 EnsureOSRequirement() returned 1 Sleep(1000) --- Exiting, nReturnVal=1 It tells me I dont have Windows vista SP1 or newer. If you click on the start menu / windows button, and then right click on Computer, then Properties, what does it say?
