aimutch
We're putting Paint.NET on some public computers. Is there an easy way to reset the program back to the default settings? I'm aware of the "Reset Windows Locations" option. I'm looking for a way to reset everything else back to the "out-of-the-box" settings/configuration when Paint.NET is installed. Thanks, Andrew
Rick Brewster
Go to the registry, HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Paint.NET <br>And delete it.<br><br>This will clear any memory of which floating windows are open, the File->Open Recent list, the units for the ruler, the directory last used in an Open/Save dialog, etc.<br><br>It will not clear any palettes the user may have saved. Those are stored in MyDocuments\Paint.NET User Files\Palettes.<br> Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
Rick Brewster
Ok there's some kind of failure in Firefox 4 when editing posts. "<br>" in my post is supposed to be a newline.
