I see that there are a lot of really cool plugins, but I haven't found how to load them into my copy of paint.net. I know this is a very basic question, your help would be greatly appreciated. insaanreturns Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 First of all Download plugin from internet. Then if it is in .dll format, paste the file in directory you have installed paint.net. I ahve installed it in drive C. I will paste it in "C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects". So you can paste the file where you installed paint.net.
