Hi.

I want to put a small logo of my company on another image (left down corner). I want to put my logo with a diagonal shape (not square or rectangular). Is it possible?

Thanks,

JP

open the picture you want to add the logo to

add a layer

on the new layer fill with whatever color and add the logo in lower left corner

use rectangle select to select rough half- the upper half

use the move selection (white arrow in the tool box) tool to reposition the selection-- holding down the right mouse button will allow you to rotate the rectangle to a diagonal selection

hit the delete key to delete the selected region, thereby creating a triangular area with the log in it

use the layer-rotate/zoom tool (found in the layer tab) to resize the triangular area

use the move selected pixel tool (blue arrow in the tool box) to position the trianle

merge down

there are other ways
