Sarkut Posted September 27, 2010 Share Posted September 27, 2010 Make a new (transparent) layer above your background image. Add blobs of dark color to the areas that you want to be darker parts of the gradient. (Use the Paintbrush tool with a fairly large brush size.) Apply Gaussian blur at a high radius. 70 to 80 radius would be a good range for this image size. Press F4 and adjust the Opacity slider until it looks right to you.
