Smudge and Splatter Problems...

Ok, so I downloaded Smudge and Splatter AGAIN, because before I couldn't find either one in PDN. (Augh)

So when I try to use it it doesn't work. As in, a popup says:

"This plugin has encountered an error, and must be closed.

Because of the unpredictable nature of these types of errors, it is strongly recommended that you restart Paint.NET before proceeding. Otherwise, there could be further stability problems or data corruption"

I have v. 3.5.4. (Assuming that's the latest version...) The plugins are in the right place. What am I doing wrong?

I looked under "View Plugin Load Errors..."
