leothelion
Hi Obviously, my older computer doesn't support SSE but I was using an older version of Paint.net. I had to reinstall Windows XP Home and I tried to update Paint.com as well but receive the following message; A processor (CPU) with SSE support is required. How can I go back to using the earlier version? or is there another remedy short of buying a newer advanced computer/ Thanh you for all your help. Rick Brewster
Older versions are neither supported nor available, and the rules are very clear about this. Please don't ask again. Honestly, CPUs with SSE support are hardly bleeding edge hardware. CPUs without SSE are simply too slow to be very useful, and are very cheap to replace.
