dforionstar
After I move a selection with the Move-Selected-Pixels tool, I see a checkmarked area. When I save the file, then re-open it, the checkmarked area is still there. It appears grey when I view the saved file in MS Office Picture Manger when it should be white. How do I get rid of the checkmarked are so it saves as the default secondary color of white? Thanks in advance!
csm725
The 'checkmarked area' as you referred to it is transparency. Fill it with white and you should be fine. dforionstar
In other words, I should select the 'transparency' area and then Fill it white?
dforionstar
Shouldn't P.N fill it automatically when saving? I believe I read that in the help.
csm725
@Your first post, yes that should do it. @Your second post, if you don't want transparency, save as a .BMP or a .JPG. They do not support transparency But in general, save as .PNG's, they have highest quality. dforionstar
by csm725@Your first post, yes that should do it. Thank you CSM725! That is the nature of my posting. It is not saving the transparent (checkmarked) area as transparent. I am only using PNG files.
