Taylor Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 Ok so im using the flooding tool. Say if i make a circle, with the circle tool, and use the floding tool to fill it in with black. Instead of just the circle colouring in, the whole image colours in (or the part of the image that is selected with the cutting tool.)
