Crazy Man Dan Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 You can create the graphics for a website using Paint.NET, but to create a functional website with hyperlinks and such, you actually have to type it up in HTML. Paint.NET does not have anything comparable to Photoshop's slicing feature, but I would advise against using that anyway. As far as animations, it depends upon what kind you're meaning, but you can get those with Animated GIFs, Flash, or Javascript - none of which PDN can do directly, but there is a tutorial around here about using Paint.NET to create Animated GIFs.
