Rob Goldsmith
I dearly hope this answer isn't buried somewhere not obvious from the titles. I'm "new here". Is there any way to soften parts of my image, not the whole image at once? I'd like to either be able to move a tool around the image and have that effect under the tool, or else be able to outline an area to be affected. Thanks for the wonderful "donate-ware"! 8)
