How do I save a .dds file as 32bit ARGB format

So I am trying to make a reskin for Train Simulator for a locomotive and I searched up how and every tutorial got me to paint.net. The problem is that in paint.net I cant find the save format 32bpp ARGB. I need this to edit in the editor app that i use. Anybody any ideea why I cant see that format in paint.net?

When you save a file as .dds, the format selection pops up in the save details dialog.

Have you tried the topmost option? It's an uncompressed 8 bits per channel format (each pixel gets the full 32 bits).
