Help Opening psd file - "Unrecognized layer section type"

I'm having trouble opening a psd file right now. I do have the plugin installed, and I have confirmed that I'm still able to open other psd files without any issue, but when I try to open this one specifically I get the following error:

 

There was an error while opening the file.

 

Exception:

PhotoshopFile.PsdInvalidException: Unrecognized layer section type.
   at PhotoshopFile.PsdFile.VerifyLayerSections()

If anyone knows how to troubleshoot this I'd greatly appreciate it.

Photoshop File support is via a filetype plugin.
