Rickspark Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 (edited) Hi, I've spent time searching here and asking AI for solutions but had no luck so I hope you can help. I've deleted and re-installed and I'm on the latest version - 5.0.12. Everything works as it should but upon clicking Save or Save As, after about 5 seconds, the App will crash. There's no crash log file. I have also deleted C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\paint.net. Still no luck. Solution Rickspark Posted January 17 Author Solution Share Posted January 17 Ah ha! I was going to say no, but yes! This is now resolved. Thank you, BoltBait. If I navigated the same path with Paint, yes, it crashes. I renamed the folder to remove the historic folder path and that's sorted it. Thanks for posting.
