Can't add text or paint area with background

When i try to paint or add text or fill or do any colour adding move in general on background of any colour nothing happens, when i do same on area without background or on new layer everything works perfectly, it isn't me using same colour as background because i tried using different colours to check it.Anything that could help me?

Things to check:

 

1. Make sure the right layer is selected
2. Make sure the area you're trying to modify isn't covered in a higher layer
3. Make sure the layer is visible (check box is checked)
4. Make sure there isn't an active selection elsewhere (Press Ctrl+D before continuing)
5. Make sure the layer has an appropriate blend mode applied
6. If using the paint brush/pencil, make sure the blending mode on the tool is set to normal or overwrite
7. Make sure your video drivers are updated

yeah i checked all of these and it's all like that, also i noticed that if i use multiple colours they blend?Anyway it somehow fixed itslef, thanks for your help anyway, i will ask again if this issue ever happen again
