andyz Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 Anyone else got an issue with "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed..." when trying to install paint.net (or update it) on a Windows 11 system with the latest updates? I can no longer install it and Microsoft Support treat anything none MS as a third party program!
