anonymous45624135 Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 Anyways so my question is since, paint.net for some reason when you select a selection and use an effect on it it uses the effect on the whole entire photo just only renders it on the selection, this is very annoying for me, but i realized that the tab "Selection" Actually only applys to the selection so i was wondering if anyone has a plugin that blurs just the selection Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
