How do I make paintbrush cursor go back to normal. (fixed)

Looks like you're using some kind of window theming software like WindowBlinds. Those are known to cause all sorts of issues.

 

The cursor appearing as a diamond could be caused by that -- maybe it's messing with the Direct2D transform, or the ellipse/circle tessellation.

 

So, try disabling WindowBlinds and see if that helps.

I dont have WindowBlinds but it fixed itself some how. I still dont know what caused the problem though.
