Select tool plugin

Hi, I was just wondering if there was a plugin that let you select by drawing around the thing you wanna select kinda like the photoshop tool.

Sorry, there is not.  That's not something a plugin would be able to do.

That's called magnetic selection, which paint.net currently doesn't support. Gimp will have that feature and you can use it for that job.
