Error installing new versions

Well my error occurs when installing a newer version, while installing the installation box disappears and I see the extensive error I do not understand what is the problem has never happened to me this is the first time and when installing an old version I it works perfectly --> https://imgur.com/a/TLL7GO8

Your installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework has become broken/corrupted somehow.

 

Go to the Programs & Features control panel, and then find Microsoft .NET Framework, and then click on Repair. That should fix this.
