Rick Brewster Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Your installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework has become broken/corrupted somehow. Go to the Programs & Features control panel, and then find Microsoft .NET Framework, and then click on Repair. That should fix this.
