LJXD Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 Hey guys, i was using PDN a while back and while mucking around with curves+ i stumbled across a texture that looks frighteningly alike to that of a paint splat. Do you rekon it looks similar, i've been trying for ages to get that same texture back but it was quite a while ago.... pyrochild Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 It looks like Clouds, various distortions (perhaps Drop Ripple) and a Curve or two... An easier way to create a realistic paint splatter would be to use my Splatter plugin in combination with some of Ed Harvey's distortions like Dents, Drop Ripple, etc, and my Smudge plugin.
