Does Paint.net work on Lenovo Yoga Book?

Hello, sorry if I'm writing this under the wrong place, this is my first post here

My question is, can you download Paint.net on a Lenovo Yoga Book that runs on Android OS?

I want to buy this new "tablet", but some, if not most of my usage on it will be drawing in Paint.net. Clearly I can draw on the built in app, but I prefer paint.net.

Is there a way to download it? Will it work normally? I'm asking this because it will after all run on Android and not Windows.

Sorry, no. Paint.net requires Microsoft Windows.
