BoltBait
Install my plugin pack. With it you can select the area you want to adjust the transparency and use the Adjustments > Transparency menu option. Download my plugin pack here: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/32048- Quote Click to play: Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and how about a Computer Dominos Game
