Graphics Tablet?

I had a Windows 7 laptop and I used a Graphics Tablet with Paint.net and it worked perfectly fine but last week I got a Windows 10 laptop and now its not working. When I try to draw a straight line it'll go up, basically it looks like a heart monitor when I try to draw a straight line with it

Thank you this worked but I also forgot to mention that the express keys aren't working. They still aren't working so if I push undo or brush larger is doesn't
