I dont mean make Bush like Che Guevara, i mean make photo in such style (colors, effects etc). I am new in Paint NET and in graphics too, so could you explain on simple language. I suggest you get a drawing tablet and Photoshop and sit down for a couple of hours to brush it yourself. Sorry...
