You really need to be more careful where you post; as you may have noticed, the section where you first posted this does happen to be titled with Publishing Only. Posting in the General Discussion and Questions section would have been far better, to where this topic has been moved to. Having said that, if you would care to look around or search, you would have also noticed a topic which reads How to install plugins/General plugin troubleshooting. You can find it at the top of the Plugin section of the Forum, here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2023. In that topic, it will take you through the steps to installing plugins.
