  3. Hello there, I want to merge one image into another.... I want to insert and merge a portrait of a woman's face into a header image (for a website)....... Three parts to the question: How do I remove the square border from around the woman's picture? How do I merge the woman's picture onto the header image so it doesn't look like it's "lying on top" of the header? How do I "mix" the colours or add other effects so that the images look as if they were designed to be together in the first place? Appreciate your help... Regards Greg
  4. Firstly, thanks for answering me Cookies.... So if an image is saved as a jpeg for instance, I won't be able to un-flatten it - is that correct? Is it only PDN and PSD files that support layers? Regards Greg
  5. Hello there, I'm new to Paint.net so please bear with me... I've got several images and headers that I want to work on and update.... Is it possible to un-flatten (?) the images so that I can access the different layers? In Paint.net when you save the image it flattens it, but it says that you will be able to un-flatten it when you re-open the image...How do you do that? Appreciate any help that you can provide... Regards Greg
