Can someone tell me why I was able to copy an image and paste it to a new layer, and it worked perfectly, and I closed the window to try that on a different image, I get a message/error window that "the window does not contain an image". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still keep getting the error message. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

How do I find the plug ins I supposedly downloaded and installed when I open Paint.NET on my desktop. I have downloaded quite a few, but I cannot find them when I want to use them on a project/creation. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to use a different version of Paint? I am using Version 3.01. HELP!!!!!!

I have downloaded the plug-ins that I wish to use, but after I install the Plug-ins to my effects folder in my Paint.NET folder, it won't let me open Paint.NET to start creating. It gives me this error message "Paint.NET has encountered a problem and needs to close." Am I doing something wrong? what is going on???? any help would be appreciated. :?: *lone*star*
