I'm really blown away by all of your sigs, I dont get how everyone makes all these awesome effects...they look so amazing

ill be dead honest...I cant even remember 100% the first one, is actually modified from the second one, but what I do remember....is that I started off by using splashes ( I dont remember the settings) then I applied the splinter blur, and set the mode to darken, I know I used a slight polar inversion to get the pinch/circle effect in the middle, but I also duplicated a lot of layers....and then changed the layer properties to darken or lighten them...i wish I could remember all the steps >.< id love to finally post a tutorial...

nope, no glow either....I used outline object when I made the lines...to give them a glow effect

Hiya everyone...I feel like such a n00b for asking this, but does anyone know how to make a really nice looking heart with paint.net. I have been trying to make one forever now...and I can't even get close, plz help

It is close but the rasengan has a bunch of swirls within the ball, and it also has a core. And does it really matter if I call it paint

I like paint much more than photoshop. Photoshop is so complicated, and it takes so long to be good at, this program is much more user friendly and easier to use. Also I am broke so I can't buy any other programs v_v

Sorry for making a help question my first post but this is really annoying me. I was making a sig in paint and I exited the layer screen, and the paint wheel. So now when I start up paint and try to do layers and what not the little box in the bottom right is not there, can someone help me on how to get it back.
