I have been looking through your gallery again. I like the polar inversion with the pale pinks and green and the fish are fun. Darkness and light is a very interesting image, something very appealing about it.

How very fanciful your work is. I was trying to see just what you were speaking of so I googled ‘Second Life’. If I have it right you create these fanciful people in the Second Life program then alter them in pdn. They are quite lovely and I do like fanciful. The bubbles were a nice addition.

I was just talking about color and it made me want to visit your gallery. You use color well. I love the purple mountains; well I love the whole image. Well you know I love all you do.
Did I hear some one say you are using a wacom now? If so how do you like it? Mine just sets on my desk collecting dust. I found it awkward to use. Maybe if I had one of those huge professional ones.
Happy New Year!

Glad to see you playing with the effects and with color. It is the best way to learn and I see you getting better. Color is a personal thing and all of our monitors vary. When someone does not like my color choice I think maybe it just looks better on my computer. I sometimes will check out an image on my husbands computer or in the office and there is a difference. I love color! I sometimes try and see how many different colors I can get in an image. Yours is wonderful, lots of color.
Happy New Year!

Ctrl+C to copy to clipboard then Ctrl+Shift+V to copy to new layer.
or
Ctrl+C then at top left under 'File' new and it will ask if you want it the size of the copy, if so press ok and then Ctrl+V
or
you can select an area and then at top left under 'Image' drop down menu click on 'crop to selection'.
Wasn't sure from your question just what you were trying to do but hope this helps.

I went to see my daughter today and came across the larges snowman I have ever seen. I had to stop the car and get out and take a picture. My daughter said she saw it going up and the neighbor had a power sander out smoothing out the head. I drove back by after dark and yes it has lights. Those are lots of pine cones put together for the buttons and the arms are trees. It was so fun to see I wanted to share it. He makes the house look small.
Thanks to everyone who has stopped by and left comments. I have vowed to try and find more time, or maybe it is energy, for pdn this year. It makes me happy to stop by and see the wonderful things so many are able to do with pdn. Happy New Year to All!

Wow! I know I say that to you a lot but Wow! The time and care you take. Where can I get some OMA wine?

I have a favorite, the first image in your 'Weird Things'. I do love weird! It reminds me of a claw.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
This is and old piece that I have been working on making better. It was among my first tries at drawing and then using smudge. Those first tries where nothing short of embarrassing to look back at. She is looking better but older than I wanted. It is the foliage on the ground that I want to figure out how did I do that. I know I used sparkle with a long render.

Ash that is exactly what I have been thinking. It seems I ran out of energy before I ran out of desire to do better. There is always tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by.
Oma I think I must have a cartoon heart when it comes to art.
Thanks Helen I was going for peaceful.

Topezia it is great to see you here. The cat is just great and such fun. If she were white she would look like my cat.
EscapistAngel roses are not easy to do yours is lovely.
Goonfella even with a few shadow problems your image is super.
I think I have worked on this too long all I can see is what I wish I had done different. Good news is that I almost never delete anything when it comes to my pdn files so there is hope for improvement. If there were a contest for who has the largest pdn files I would for sure be in the running. Also this year I have started doing my images 2400x1800 and 200 resolution instead of 800x600.

I always forget how much I love your gallery till I come back by and fall in love with it all over again. "Water Landing" great image! The one based on 'The Thinker', way cool. You're just so much fun.
