i don't know.. i don't understand this: Now copy the bottom layer and make it and image by it self. Do the same thing with the other two layers...how do i do it??
1. You should have three layers.
2. Copy the very bottom layer and make a new image and paste the copied layer.
3. Do the same thing with the other two layers.
4. Save the three new images as a GIF.

Seems like your a new user to PdN. Welcome to the forums.
There are varieties of ways to make that border. I suggest making an image that is longer vertically and the background is white. Than just change your secondary color to black and expand the width of your canvas size so the sides are black.
You can also just make a new image that has the size of your example image. The new image show be white. Than just your the lines/curves too and draw a black line on the two sides.

Just hit Control + A to select all then hit Control + C to copy the whole layer. :wink:
