That's roughly how I did it. Clouds, pixelate, grid, duplicate grid + white + outline object set to overlay.

I've been looking around for text tutorials for sigs forever. I found two. And they weren't that great. As livewrong said, it's just like the signature of the artist on a painting. Not very important but still there, it shouldn't be a focus point. And making it flow the direction your render goes (see sig) works well too, although it doesn't have to be that way.
Any suggestions before I use this as my sig (on another forum)?

Rick, -Expiration- is a user whose work is nearing the excellence of Ash's work. In this case, he created and image known as Energy which was a Photoshop Tutorial Conversion done in Paint.NET. He did credit this tutorials.

It was a good excuse for me to get off my lazy (read=busy) rearend and do something creative. -
