  1. Comparing paint.NET to Photoshop, gimp there is no support for brushes. Well of course you could go into the programs and do it but I hate gimp every time i try using it it sucks.

So I think that paint.NET should support brushes (abr format?) And to put it in simple as i can think would be a toolbox icon for brushes, click what set you want to open and it shows you them, when you insert one it is a selected move able picture.

Does anyone else think brushes are a good idea

  2. I am in the process of cleaning out some of the fonts, it would seem due to a recent microsoft update, or maybe a program i installed a whole bunch of fonts were added. But the problem was still there before these new fonts, but i'll see what cleaning them can do.

EDIT: Cut down to 92 fonts and running smooth again. That should fix for now.

  3. Whenever I click the font drop down box and scroll to see another font it ends up filling the fonts box white and lags like that for 30 seconds every time. Which is really annoying since i can't get anything done with it.

Is there any possible explanation for this, I am going to update to the most recent version for now and then give you a more detailed analysis if the problem persists, which it is likely.

  4. I am running paint.NET on Windows Xp. Whenever I extract a font into my fonts folder, then go to paint.NET it is not there. However, when i go to Microsoft Word it is there, and then it appears on Paint.NET after doing so.

Is there any way to make the fonts work automatically?? I searched the forum and it looked like 1 person may have had a similar problem but it was not answered. Anyone know why this is doing this?

  5. I don't think people's hard work and art will be noticed as well in a clogged 1 topic pictorium as their own active topics.

If too many topics is a problem, you can go with other forums used methosd: Allow each user 1 topic as their personal album, and they can update it whenever they want. Where the suggested format is

Hi, I was hoping to make a site with listing of all the plug ins and tutorials from here for easier access to all users. Due to the fact you guys own the plug ins / tutorials I need your permission to put them on the site.

    How it will work:

There will be a web pages listing the plug ins, and a link to the plug in with a brief description and author. When a user clicks the link there will be another page with the content copied and pasted but on the site. And it will link to the original author of course [website, email, any way you prefer]. This goes the same for tutorials it is just copy and paste content.

So you will get a link to your site which is credit. Another thing, the download link is just copied and pasted too if its a plug in.

I am also hoping it could be used to make a big plugin pack for easy downloading of all of the plugins in one download! As well as tutorials.

I might also make a forum for users but this one is pretty good anyway.

So if you are interested, post

    1. Link to article

    2. Name [website or email etc.]

    3. Are you interested in it being included in a pack with all other plugins.

    ______________

This will be an easy index just for the benefit of paint.net users, with some more paint.net stuff by me and community.

    Anyone interested
