If someone can give me detailed directions on what I'd like to do I would greatly appreciate it !! I will attach pictures so you can see what I'm needing. I am creating a custom speedometer face plate. My final creation will be printed on a transparency. Paint has layers Right? Can I extract the red numbering from an existing pic or can I create my own ? * see attachment Then can I incorporate an image with said numbering? again* see attachments Thank you Buck
