  1. Yes, but what I'd like to do is combine certain layers together into one layer, without combining all of them (flattening). I guess I could technically save the layers that I'm done with as an image and then upload that image as a single layer, it's just that I'd rather not do all that if there's a simpler way.
  2. I'm working on an illustration, and I would like to reduce the number of layers I have to work with, and I'm wondering if there is a way to "flatten" two or more layers together without flattening all of them. is there a pluggin out there that would let me do that?
  3. You should be able to use the "magic wand" tool and click on the white space outside of your oval, then press the delete key. If your portrait has light patches near the edges, the computer may delete part of your portrait. You could try lowering the tolerance level, but if that doesn't help, I would use the line tool around the portrait. I almost never touch the elipse tool, because as you've probably experienced it can be quite a pain
  4. I have a sketch where I want to fill in clothing areas with a fabric texture, but I'm wondering how to make it so that my textures aren't flat. The bulge effect and "rotate layer" function help, but it's tedious and unrealistic. Is there a tool or pluggin that would help me out?
