Make that three of us. I read it first as 'broken' Looks like it could be a good plug-in to explore.
Decent example DrewDale. It looks like a lot of other plug-in's were used to get that final image.

It will auto remove if it finds a pixel to be surrounded by transparent pixels. Making a selection will constrain the effect within the selection bounds.

This is looking interesting. Do you need to make a - selection - surrounding the stray pixel(s) or will this auto remove them for you?

Use this tool to move the selected layer in any direction. You can use the up / down / right / left on your keyboard for smaller movement to align to your map.

Maybe try the diagonal lines plugin ? http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=5550 You can change the angle and thickness of your lines (if this is what is meant)

In the layers window these arrows will move a layer up :MoveLayerUp: or down :MoveLayerDown: Just remember to select the layer you wish to move (it will have blue highlight on it)

When using the line / curve tool - Holding Shift as you draw will maintain a straight line.
