I found a good program to organize fonts. It's free, and it works well. It's called Linotype Fontexplorer.

You can organize different font packs to different sets, and disable or enable them with a click of the mouse. This is very handy, because if you have like a thousand fonts, your computer may start loading up more slowly. With this program you can make your computer use the fonts only when you're working with them.
