Matoyak
Might be related to a PdN 3.31 issue, also, it might be two dif plugins causing the problem, that's why I posted this here and not in the plug-in's thread. It seems more like it might be a conflict between two plug-ins or something? It deals with Drop Shadow. every time I try to use it, even on a blank image, I get an error citing stability issues, and the thing says something about colorwheel.edfects.[whatever].[blah] I recently went from whatever version to 3.31, but I redownloaded all the updated plugins as well, to avoid any issues. error message: File: C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects\Vandermotten.PaintDotNetEffects.dll Effect Name: Vandermotten.PaintDotNetEffects.DropShadowEffect Full error message: System.MethodAccessException: PaintDotNet.ColorWheel..ctor() at Vandermotten.PaintDotNetEffects.DropShadowConfigDialog.InitializeComponent() at Vandermotten.PaintDotNetEffects.DropShadowConfigDialog..ctor() at Vandermotten.PaintDotNetEffects.DropShadowEffect.CreateConfigDialog() at PaintDotNet.Menus.EffectMenuBase.RunEffect(Type effectType) sooooo....any help? Should I retry to redownload the drop shadow plugin?
HITMAN-X-
What version of Paint.NET were you using before you updated. The problem looks like it dropshadow. Most of the plugins people download need to be updated when Paint.NET updates. This could be the problem and you may have an older version of dropshadow that can't be supported in 3.31. Go to the plugin part of the forums and find dropshadow. Take a look at the topic and see if there been any updates, you can even redownload the plugin and install it again to see if that will work. Matoyak
Like I said, I've downloaded all the plugin updates, and that's the message I'm getting. I'll try once more, though.
