artgeek
Hi there. Seems like the software is suddenly getting hung up when I choose "Save as..." and attempt to save a JPG file to a network drive. The program hangs at the Save box for a minute, then the entire Paint.NET window turns white and I eventually have to to close down the program. I don't appear to get an error log saved to my desktop, but the following is from the error log sent to MS: Error signature: szAppName : PaintDotNet.exe szAppVer : 3.22.2933.24445 szModName : hungapp szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000 The following files will be included in this error report: C:\DOCUME~1\USER~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4465.dir00\PaintDotNet.exe.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\USER~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4465.dir00\appcompat.txt Other notes: The only other files in the network folder I'm trying to save to are JPGs. Yes, I can access that network folder from other programs or explorer. The problem does not occur if I save the file to a local folder or to my desktop. I initially had this problem in the earlier version of Paint.NET, but upgraded and still continue to have the problem. Please let me know if there's other info I can provide and if there's any workaround or fix to this issue. Cheers! ETA: Removed "Help" from thread title. Sorry!
