I couldn't resist. Okay. Now, something that can help you: 3. You open the image in Paint.NET, hit File > Save As... and change the file type to JPG. 4. Take the background off? Look in the Tutorials section for "Cutting out images the Easy way! Version 2". 5. You may want to give http://www.SearchPaint.net a try next time you have a question for a faster, less sarcastic reply. :-) Hope this helps.
