It has been requested by many a forum member (myself included), but as of yet there has been no word either way regarding this feature. Zooming is the best there is at the moment. May I ask, are you wanting full screen for viewing or for editing? If it's for viewing, then image viewers such as FastStone Image Viewer allow for a full screen view of the image. Eddy_G: that is the common keyboard command for full screen in most programs which allow it - browsers for example - but not Paint.NET .
