quizzer Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Hi, why doesn't Paint.NET support the ICON Format? Or is that in work? Quote
Bob Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 From the FAQ:http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=489 Why can't I load or save icons (.ico files)?Icons are meant to hold multiple images of various dimensions and color depths. Paint.NET is meant to work with single images composed of multiple layers that are exactly the same dimensions and only with the 32-bit color depth. So Paint.NET would make an awful icon editor. Check out Axialis IconWorkshop, http://www.axialis.com/iconworkshop/ , instead. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio
