Dec Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Hi, i am very new to this program so i just wondered if anybody could help me a little. http://www.yorkcityknights.co.uk I was just wondering how i could get text like this, i know how to get the outline but how can i get the colour of it where it is faded and shows some of the background through the colour, also does anyone know what font it is. Revenant Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 i'm new to this too so i don't kown if this will work, it's just an idea. try duplicating your back ground onto another layer then using the transparency plug-in to fade the layer. by using the majic wand to select around the outside of the text click on the next layer down to remove the excess fading. remove the insides of the letters from the full color back groung also.
