Request fot Screentone Making Plugin

Sorry if it's too troublesome, but I was really looking for some kind of plugin to make drawing screentones. Something that looks like this:

You see, not a normal gradient overlayed by some points - but a gradient made of points of different sizes and that distanced differently from each other. Is that possible to make with PDN, a gradient-maker plugin?
