how do you rotate a picture just by a little bit

ok, i have my picture highlighted and all i want to do is just rotate is clockwise just a little bit..............i can't do it.............how would i????

To answer your question, you can right-click with the Move Selected Pixels tool to rotate your current selection. If you're rotating the entire picture, you may want to increase the canvas size first so the corners aren't cut off.
